A4 INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD was formed in 1996 as a small proprietor firm to undertake 2 residential projects. It was subsequently privatized in 2002, and continued to hold fast to the core values of providing quality property and asset management for our clients.
Over the years, the company has sought to provide solutions and commitment to all our clients. A4 INTERNATIONAL is based on a creed that quality management services with client-oriented objectives is the way to run estates and buildings effectively. Our firm is equipped with accounting & software packages as well as the technical knowledge to help run property developments effectively.We believe our personal attention to the needs of the owners would help maintain harmonious living and value of the estate.

Established since July 2011, A4 FACILITY & MAINTENANCE PTE LTD main core business is dealing with cleaning, landscape, pest control & swimming pool maintenance. We strive to provide quality hygiene care services to our clients. We believe in working closely with our Clients to foster a close knitted relationship to understand the hygiene needs of our Clients.
